Dear Moe, So sorry to hear what you're going through. I went through the same thing with my sister a couple of years ago.Hold on to a special thought right now, that can help you, and your being there is all your Mother needs.Forget the miserable dubs.

I am so sorry for what you're going thru. When I lost my mother 2 years ago, one of the nurses told me to tell my mother everything that I wanted to say to her and couldn't. I did this, although she was unconscious. It was the best advice i ever got.
Again, I'm so sorry for your heartache.

I remember sitting beside my wife's dad as he was dying.
Alot can run thru your mind.

When my dad died, I didn't shed a tear. I loved my dad very much and to this day do not know why I didn't cry.I bawled my eyes out when my dog passed away!

Life will go on and in time you will deal with it.

Anyway....a big hug from me ...and know we are all here for you.

PS. Piss on all those who shunned you! Heartless whimps!

I haven't been keeping up too much with all the posts but I felt drawn to yours. When I read it I felt a deep deep ache inside for you because the scene and words you describe at you mother's side is so very identical to my experience when my mom died. Watching you mother dying reduces you to feeling just like a little girl all over again. Looking in my mothers face, I too saw and smelled death. Please know, Moe, my heart is with you. It is a terrible thing to lose a mother.

I'm so sorry to hear what you are going through. I was at my father's bedside in the hospital when he took his last breath and peacefully died in his sleep after a year of agony from Lung Cancer.

I wish no one had to go through the same thing. My thoughts are with you, hang in there Moe.
