Hey Everyone.. I'm trying to convince Mrs.ObjectiveTruth to join the forum, but she's a bit nervous. Perhaps if you all can give her some words of encouragement, it will convince her to join the JWN family..
BTW she already knows TTATT.. she's just not convinced to join the Forum.

Many of us lurked for ages until the time was right to jump in and post. And I imagine there are many lurkers who never post! No matter, you're still a part of a supportive, loving, and mostly non-judgmental community here (we are still working on our true new personalities!).
I keep my wife informed of the subjects .......usually a personal story. We have both been out for over four decades. She put it all behind her and has never looked back. For me it's about empathy. It makes me feel good to lend a helping hand if someone is down or upset. It's the special knowledge we all share that makes it possible to understand what the other person is saying and feeling.
A lot of people read but don't post. It's not a problem.

i read a lot here and enjoyed it very much. All the opinions, explanations, experiences are eye-opening to say the least. But the personal responses to my posts were incredibly supportive and have been extremely valuable to my recovery.
