Oh, I see. It now all becomes crystal clear. This is why they stopped the book studies at people's homes. Pedophiles cannot be near children and home book study arrangements are a liability as is the meetings for service and so forth. They can't disclose someone's personal private business.

JWs say that anyone BAPTISED is an "ordained minister". Any JW at all could be called upon to speak with or work with children, whether JW or not, in the course of their "ministry", so would not every JW (at least any publishers) be required to get one? Iwould think the only ones off the hook would be those confined to a sick bed in a convalescent/elderly care home.
