Why does the new NWT not say outright that Jesus began to rule in 1914?

This particular page is fascinating in their new bible. Like the CLIF notes version of the bible... and some colorful pictures for the kids to enjoy!

Also, the most evil and deceptive, in my opinion... (no wonder my elderette couldn't tell me what the message of the bible was)

    The message of the Bible:

Jehovah has the right to rule. His method of ruling is best. His purpose for the earth and mankind will be fulfilled.

No mention of salvation through the blood of Jesus Christ.

ProfCNJ: Likewise, why under "About 1914", the hurling of Satan was the one printed instead of "Jesus Christ began ruling as a King" or God's Kingdom ruling had began? Isn't God's Kingdom ruling in 1914 more significant than the throwing of Satan and his cohorts on earth?

That is exactly what I was wondering... Why so much emphasis on the power of Satan? Why ignore or under-emphasize their claims that Christ is ruling?
