I was asked by a friend to design a book cover for her book of poems and finally after 3 designs found one she was happy with.
The publishers sent me a lovely response and asked if they could pass my details on to anyone who wanted cover art as I was obviously a professional. Was both surprised and delighted. I may be, becoming a proper artist after all. No idea how to post images otherwise I would share.

Dove image was the one used with the clouds taken out and the title and authors name on the cover. The previous one with the figure was done according to her brief but she thought the picture too impressive for what was in her book.
Took 3 goes to get it how she wanted.
As fare as I know there are no hidden subliminal images.
