Alchemy? Did you learn how to make purest green?
I have just completed a law degree and had to memorise hundreds of cases. A method that I used was to record my revision notes into my mp3 player, I played it everywhere I went. Also lots of practice of past papers if you can access them.
I studied for exams in finance several years ago. I had been out of school for 10 years, was still JW and hadn't studied properly since high school so I was a bit overwhelmed. The main method that worked for me was writing notes, more than once, and making flashcards. There were practice exams for the Series 7 available online that were extremely useful. I wish you well in your studies.
