How do you change your profile photo?

I know this isn't Facebook, but how do you change your pic? It obviously can be done because I've see other peoples photos but I can't seem to work out how.....

Can anyone elighten me?

Because there isn't an option to delete pm's.

But am glad because I'm sentimental and love my pm's.

Plus It's a record of my life and interactions with others here on JWN.
