The operative word in your poorly spelled sentence would be IF. Its common sense to understand where there is no evidence "Jehovah" did anything the bible credits him with, there is no reason to believe that will ever change, or even exists for that matter.

Try to realize, jesus said those words 2000 yrs ago. If he hasn't come yet, he's not quick. On the other hand, the preterists see him as having come in 70. Also the tribulation and armageddon came then. So, the ones that 'pierced' him and john, who he said would see him coming, did so. Simple, eh?

Ah! But there IS evidence. Surrounding nations recorded some of the estounding events...separate from the bible account...as they were no part of Israel...they couldn't be biased..except to themselves now could they?

whatever Violet...I'm sure many nations recorded the downfall of Babylon AND attributed those events to their own dieties. Where is the evidence in that? As well, please do show me historical record of the events surrounding Soddom and Gamorrah, oh and the flood while you're at it.

Not to get drawn into a debate...but hundreds of cultures have the flood story, granted, varying a little from people to people...but the basic gist of it is there.

They don't deny it happened...why should we so called 'enlightened and educated' believe the primative peoples...

Our enlightenment has gotten us nowhere...has it fixed one problem facing humans today?
