100% for a few days... most of the time it was only around 75%.

Not a born-in. Longed for friendship / companionship.

The teachings were just too "radical" for me.

At some points in my life i was 150% in and never asked why. After some major life changing events i started looking at things differently that’s when i started being just a number for the WTS.

I am still in, but definitely not 100% and don’t think i will bounce back to 100%.

i think i was 100% in for about 2 months....i peaked early. I am about 20% in and droping and wife is about 40%, she might she is higher but she doesnt relize she is much lower and does service and meetings out of guilt. my son is 0% he thinks it a crock of $hit and he is only 14.

it turns my stomach when i see the WT zombies......but ofter wonder how many are also just going thru the motions.

I was not a born-in......... dragged by my mother into the JW's at age 12. I was out at age 23. I was never in 100% but I gave it a 100% effort mostly because of the 'friends'................ Pioneered after HS, moved to serve where the need was great, gave talks all over the circuit, held a number of positions.

My downfall came about because I was a reader and try as I might I was a critical thinker. Also at age 16 I had read Eric Hoffer's The True Believer and that gave me a chance to clear my eyes and see exactly what kind of organization the WTBTS was. So while I served for the 'friends' slowly but surely as my frontal cortex matured and finally grew a pair........ I and my wife were able to dismiss the doctrines and we exited. Life instantly became better especially as we embraced the culture of the 1960's.....well not all of it.......but the freedom, music, books, movies and new friends. The kind I don't have to put in quotes.

I was definintely never 100% in, at least not once I was to the age where I could think for myself to some small degree (11 or 12 maybe). If ever someone where to challenge doctrine, though, I could (and would) argue the WTs stance like I was. Despite that, I always saw things about which I though 'well, I can kinda see their scriptural justification of that, but if this were a cult, that'd sure be a convenient stance."

Up until my early 20's I was. It all changed aroung the mid-90's. It wasn't a subtle or gradual change. I went from no doubts to serious doubts, almost overnight.

I was 100% from the beginning. I stayed there until I was disillusioned as an elder, seeing favoritism and double standards. I was still pretty close to all-in until they changed "generation" in 1995 and they laid off their Bethel "family" members. My level of belief continued eroding from there.

Yes I was. Pioneered, served at Bethel, MS at 19, Elder at 27. As an elder I served as PO, Sec, SO, WT Conductor, TMSO, etc. Served on local committees, appeal committees, special committees (the ones the CO's as you to be on for specific problems). SAD and CA talks. Am I proud of any of this...absolutely not! 2002 TTATT hit me like the proverbial ton of bricks. Currently in for family, do not believe most of their doctrines and I think that the GB aka F&DS is full of shit.
