Why should those bastards get any free water at all?
If they had a public water cooler where thirsty people could come in and get a cool drink, then I might see getting a break on a water bill.
If they had a public commode where people in need could come in and tap a kidney or pinch a loaf, then I might see getting a break on a water bill.
But if an unfortunate rank and file JW were to be publicly busted for stealing from a utility, then the DF and shunning would be soon to follow. But not so for the WT elite, those hypocritical scumbags.
