Does it make you sneeze many times in a row? Maybe 10 or 12, all short, then one big one. Then *poof* it's over.
That is what happens to me.
It happened when I was pregnant, too. A lot.
I wonder if the two are related? Though the latter would seem to perhaps be hormonal (that is just my conjecture based on anecdotal evidence J/K *grin*).

What is the evolutionary function of this phenomenom?
No I am not. But interesting. Kate xx
What is the evolutionary function of this phenomenom?
I doubt if there is one. As I said in the OP it seems to be an accidental stimulation of the trigeminal nerve.
it is somewhat like an orgasm, you like to hold it in, but
when it comes it comes and
it feels good ticklingly liberating when it does.
it clears the passages until the next one.
evolution? have clear passages, spread the immunity
in the community.
If you dont sneeze,
you will later wheeze?
Yes, and my children both inherited the trait. I recall one house, facing south. I'd step out with my toddlers in the morning. I would sneeze. Toddler one would sneeze. Then toddler two.
The sun also makes me sneeze...........
Yes I look at light to get a pending sneeze to come out. Also, I sneeze in threes, every time.
I'm an allergic sneezer. Pollen can make me sneeze so many times in a row that I can hardly catch a breath between. Glad I'm not a photic sneezer too, that'd be too much. "God bless"? How 'bout, "You're soooooo good-lookin'!" ;)
Lol @ sparrowdown - made me laugh "New Light Sneezers". :P
