Amazing coverage you did for these lovely
people, Newly. Watchtower has walked all
over them & thumbed their nose at the ruination
of the Mura's home, property and lives!
The ongoing noise alone would get me down,
and what is with all those hundreds of vehicles
parking for miles around on the roads blocking
traffic!
With Mike down city hall's neck, they'll be
sweating bullets too!
Thanks for sticking up for them!!!!!!!!!

I tend to agree...they seem a little too amused with themselves and their message comes across as one of ridicule and vindictiveness rather than out of concern for others. I can understand how they feel but I think these videos are counterproductive.

When we first had a thread about this, I spent a while explaining why I think this issue should not be rallied around by ex-JWs, so to avoid repeating myself, I'll just link to my earlier posts:

Yeah, I just watch the whole thing. They, "the ex-witnesses", seem very vindicative and crazy. This just feeds to the idea that dissenters are apostates and crazy. LOL I mean showing hidden message like the black man with the penis on the song book, the hidden words sex and f*ck.
I watch the videos because this couple are nuts. I wonder what they were like when they were witnesses. I don't know their story but man I guess the witnesses pissed in their cheerios. Keep making the videos; I find them amusing.

I think their hearts are in the right place, but I also see that their hurt is coming through still which lessens credibility. They are at a seriously snarky phase of recovery. For example, had he discussed what happened and how (more clearly) with regard to the conversations about building the hall (and their house), and the congregations stand on it now WITHOUT the commentary on subliminal messages, then it would have looked a lot less like crazy ex JWs talking. As it was, they served themselves more than the poor man whose view was absconded by the KH. Their video could have been half as long as given us twice as much information had they been inclined. Their videos feel like the entertainnment sites that have 10 of the best (whatever) and you have to click through each one and evade several ads on the journey to find the number one (restaurant, place to live when you are retired, place to get philly cheese steaks) whatever. By the time you finish, you wonder why you wasted your time.
They don't have to be that way. Tighten up a bit, I want the information, but there is a LOT to see online. I have a limited time to see it all.

We don't know what the JWs told this couple. If they did lie then it is not too late to remedy the situation.
