Ok, I'm single, I have 2 weeks to use up, and I want to go somewhere interesting.

Got any suggestions?

Also, what's Europe like in September?

At that time of year I'd be tempted to visit the South of France, Spain perhaps or if you want to rave it up AND be hot try The Canary Isles.

About 300 miles of the Canaries is my favourite place, Madeira, which has to be the cleanest and prettiest place ever. It's Portuguese, which means that the locals are pro-English speaking people, Portugal being the UK's oldest ally. http://www.madeira-web.com/PagesUK/index.html

Thanks for the replies guys. I went to a travel agent today and got some brochures. I'm still in love with Europe, but it is rather expensive to fly to, as well as tour. The travel agent got me looking at Asia, where it's half the price to fly to and tour.

Ah well, must keep looking!

I just got back from Alaska, on a cruise. It was amazing. Very beautiful.

When in Anchorage, our last stop, the locals said September is the best time of year there. They said the temperature is temperate and it rains rarely.

There were quite a few Asians on the ship (about 1/2). They have many trips from the far east to Alaska.

I really enjoyed it.

personally two weeks in hawaii sounds good to me but i guess you want to go somewhere RAINY AND DREARY like Europe. LOL

the other place i'd go is australia but youre already there so i'm no help to you at all lol.

u can always come here to the good old US of A! weve got lots to keep you busy for two weeks.
