@Gregor - Without thinking about it, lace your two hands together. They will come together naturally with either your right or left thumb on top. Left=right brain dominance and vice versa.
Are you an artist or an engineer?
That is interesting, I tried it was the non natural thumb on top and it actually feels wierd.

Yes, you have to deliberately place the 'wrong' thumb on top.
Then you have to check if you can smell peanut butter with your left nostril...
