There has been female attendants at UK comventions for years but their role has been limited to looking after the needs of the infirm and any female related special need. This includes monitoring the queue for the ladies loos.

My general question is "what it is about this job that requires a penis?" If no penis is required there is no reason for a female to be excluded. Just my opinion. Using this general question it is surprising how little value the penis is.

Sounds to me an awful lot like a little pooch on a leash. How insulting and demeaning. I applaud any women who leaves the WTS on the grounds of extreme sexism and hyper misogyny, thereby cutting that damn chauvinistic leash!
