Magnum. That's excellent.
I guess I live in an apathetic area. No one is buzzing about the campaign. Check that. I live in an area where people have more important things to worry about. I go to a poorer black congregation where single moms have to worry about feeding their kids and keeping them out of trouble. They have to work extra just to pay for a hotel and travel expenses at an international convention. Oh and we just had a pointless invitation campaign last week to invite people to said convention that was in another state. People need a break. Nobody has shoved a pioneer application in my face as an MS. I wouldn't be surprised if most elders don't pioneer this month. Everyone is freaking worn out.
I don't know how you can take it stuckinarut. But here if the elders got in someone's face talking that nonsense, they might actually get slapped.

Oh man, its so pathetic.
Oh and Kneehighmiah: Yes, youre right...but the intensity in our cong is just freakin wierd!. If any appointed man doesnt pioneer, he is judged so badly and gossiped about.The implication here is that if you dont pioneer during this month, then it must be because you are hiding a secret sin......its out of control.

I thought a faithful JW would just quit their job (or get fired) to attend the ASSembly, wouldn't they?
And, working so hard to feed their children...don't these JWs have any faith in Jehovah™, the god of "What Have You Done For Me Today?"
