    Sounds great!

I agree that NON-JWS need to be educated. The more the general public knows ( let's face it, most people don't know what JWs are about ) the more rank and file dubs will be treated as weirdos. I think many dubs will start waking up when they are respectfully called out by intelligent and INFORMED neighbors.

    You should wear a JWfacts.com T-shirt.

Well we had a great day in Edinburgh but didn't see a single JW.

I expected to see them when I first got off the train at Waverly (we took a park-and-ride from Newcraighall) but there was no sign of them. After that we spent all day in the Old Town. We went to see a comedy play about a cult which was funny and familiar. I think the writer must have had some experience of life in a cult. Then we had an Italian meal and then went to see an outstanding show about the life and work of Simon and Garfunkel. The band was called Bookends. I would defy anybody to close their eyes and say whether the voices were the real band or the tribute act. They were outstanding.

Add to that some cafes and bars, street entertaiment, and a fly-past by the Red Arrows who were flying up the Royal Mile and over the military tatoo at the castle, and it was a great day out.

The cards are in my wallet for future use.

Hi cofty..did you feel a sense of disappointment at the absence of the JWs?

Whenever I'm in town I'll normally have a ' blether 'if there not around I feel a bit of disappointment as imparting some ttatt gives me a feeling of achievement.

    Best wishes.

Ps.. glad you enjoyed your day in Edinburgh.

I would normally, but it was our anniversary yesterday so looking for JWs wasn't high on my aganda. I am going to improve the cards and keep a supply in my wallet.

At least if a JW has doubts they will remember where they can go for information.

I think I will improve the cards. Make them the same shape as a business card and write something brief beside the logo.

How about "The truth about The Truth is only a click away"?

Thanks for the reply and congrats on your anniversary.

Are the cards specifically for jws being that the ganeral public who are taking the literature from the trolleys may benefit from the information at jwfacts.

That being the case perhaps a different wording on the card as 'the truth about the truth' may not register.

    Just a thought.

The cards are a great idea I'll consider doing the same

    Cheers

My idea abot the cards are for the JWs. Sooner or later somebody will have a sneaky look on their iphone.

A different card for the public would be a great idea as well.
