Hopefully no self-respecting woman would want to lower herself by accepting a position in the GB. Any woman who agreed to serve on the GB would undoubtedly be just as much of a fossilized nobody as the current male members are. Uneducated, self-important dunces, the lot of them!!!

Agree with Dis-Member: power and control is not influenced by a person's gender - cult mentality is not sex-oriented!
Personally I believe women should not allow themselves to be compromised and denigrated by becoming part of the apostate ruling religious clergy class and hierarchy.
There would be a cat fight to start with just to be considered for the role. No it would not be better off, the internal workings of the organization would ensure that anyone, male or female, were simply stooges as part of their workings. I've given up hope that this could be a more loving and considerate organization.

First of all millions of IQ tests given have shown women to be every bit as smart as men. A woman with an IQ of 150 is a genius, and a man with an IQ of 85 is an idiot, no matter what size his weaker brain is.
Second women's brains are denser than mens with less unused space filled with liquid, which means men have more gaps in their brains, again overall size does not help men when portions are virtually empty.
Third Women have more white matter in their brains, speed of data processing occurs is white matter, not gray matter, men have 6.5 times of the slower gray matter.
Women have about 10 times more white matter than men do [source: Carey]. This difference may account for differences in how men and women think. Men seem to think with their gray matter, which is full of active neurons. Women think with the white matter, which consists more of connections between the neurons.
