-- Buy cheap land in undeveloped and/or undervalued area
-- Use volunteer labor to construct buildings which could later be used as office space / convention centers
-- Use the buildings for a few years, as development of the surrounding area builds up
-- Sell the buildings at an astounding profit
-- Lather, rinse, repeat
