When I press the "Active Topics" button this morning, it tries to open a .wml file instead of taking me to active topics.
Oh, the humanity!
That sometimes happens for me when I click on a thread, maybe every couple weeks. Active Topics works for me at the moment.
I restarted and it's not happening at the moment. Weird.
Not sure why it would happen but wml file is just the mobile version of the web page for your phone or tablet.
Now and again I have the pop up telling me to download ( not sure what exactly)after clicking n the sign in button. I try over and over, it keeps happening, then I wait a while and it is ok again.
It may be my fault for posting with an old phone. Goodbye.
"The WML file extension is...intended for devices that implement the Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) specification, such as mobile phones, and preceded the use of other markup languages now used with WAP, such as XHTML and even standard HTML (which are gaining in popularity as processing power in mobile devices increases)."

Ok, I've changed browser settings..
Would someone PLEASE be kind enough to, once having opened up this topic, let me know if they had the wml thing happen to them? And also try to open the last topic I posted on and say if anything goes wrong? I'll keep away if I still cause errors... Thanks.
Edit: Never mind. It was happening for me on the last topic dot posted on, but it's gotten fixed now, just a few minutes later.
Understood. That's what happens when I'm posting. Dot's just a pain in the ass, as usual. Goodbye, hope I helped someone.
As long as the forum fixes the issue automatically after a few minutes, I say don't worry about it
