The News stated this week that Blue jeans are not fashionable any longer. A fad that got started as a working mans pants is being replaced by yoga pants. Or, sweat pants. Maybe we can wear those at the meetings?
Some sweat pants are priced at $300.00. Do you wear them?

I'd have to admit that they do look a bit Arabian. Do you think that our fashion industry is being influenced by the Middle East?
TMI with yoga pants. I wish I could wear them besides the gym but I'm not in the mood to share all my business with everyone. I still prefer my jeans. Honestly, tho, I'd rather wer a dress or a skirt.
There is a young lady at one of my jobs who always wears yoga pants to work. She's got the body for them, but I think its a risk. Several months ago, there was a creepy customer who, after making his purchases, just stood in back of her while she checked out other customers and stared at her rear end. The guys she was ringing up after Mr. Creepy noticed him staring at her and confronted Mr. Creepy, which I thought was rather gallant of them. Shouting ensued and threats of "taking it outside" and such.
I think Mr. Creepy was scared away, which is a good thing. If he hadn't been, I would have suggested that someone escort her to the parking lot when she left work.
Now, this might have happened even if she had worn more loose fitting pants because she is an attractive girl, but you've got to wonder. I think that if I was cute and young and had a good figure, I would probably not feel comfortable exchanging yoga pants for my jeans.

Blue jeans are easier to work in the garden and makes you look the part. In other words I am to old to care about making a fashion statement. I think I am going to do what my dad did. Go to a yard sale and buy a suit for 50 cents and as I am wearing it brag about how much I paid for it. LOL Still Totally ADD
Well, after "Tight Pants" Tony's recent rant at the Zone/Branch meeting last weekend, tight fitting, stretchy yoga pants are no longer allowed to be worn in public by members of the congregation.
