Random thought: has the WTS ever depicted an interracial couple? I don't think I've ever seen a white/black combo...maybe a white dude and an Asian chick... my point though is that it seems like continued influence of the "old white man" world view that is clearly prevalent in the WTS.

I've seen several interracial couples in the magazines...and that should be no surprise since JWs have a very high percentage of interracial marriages. Integration among the rank and file is one of the few positive things I can say about the religion.

Hmm, the interracial thing may not be universal. I've definitely met more people in the "world" that are in interracial marriages than in the JWs. I can only think of a handful of interracial couples, and only one case in my 30 years in the org of a black/white couple. It's certainly not due to a lack of diversity in the congregation, either.

Plenty of interracial couples here in the UK, I must say that racism is NOT something I've ever come across here among the J dubs, but I've friends in America that say differently. Not in the North.

I have seen and experienced they very opposite in the UK.
Satan invisible? In the 'What Does the Bible Really Teach?' book in chapter 3 Satan has the very visible hand of a white male.

I must say that racism is NOT something I've ever come across here among the J dubs,
I have to agree with this statement....Mixed marriages are not unusual here, among C/O's as well
