The only thing within the scope of their job should be to take the jdub to their meetings and drop them off into the loving arms of the jdub brethren. The catholics or anyone professing any other religion should be allowed to NOT enter the hall but just to drop off and pick up. Come on, jdubs, show how loving you are and take care of your disabled brothers and sisters!

A court employment order forcing a Catholic support worker to attend a kingdom hall to support their disabled JW client can also be applied the other way round too: A Witness support worker could potnetially be forced to attend Catholic mass to support their disabled Catholic client.
If the meeting or church attendance is during the support worker's employment hours, it would be very hard for them to "turn" the responsibility over to a non-support worker because the employment contract may forbid it.
It would not be unlike a paid child-care provider deciding they do not want to take the child somewhere the child (legally) wants or needs to go so the provider unilaterally hands the child over to another person and then bears the loss of employment hours.

Catholics being forced to go to services in a Kingdom Hall, where they will hear such things as:
"(2) WE ABHOR Christendom's adherence to Babylonish teachings, notably those of a triune god, the human soul's immortality, eternal torment in hell, a fiery purgatory, and worship of images--such as the Madonna and the cross...
(4) WE ABHOR Christendom's failure to heed Jesus' messages to the seven congregations at Revelation chapters 2 and 3 in such matters as sectarianism, idolatry, fornication, the Jezebel influence, lukewarmness, and lack of tachfulness."[Watchtower April 15, 1989 page 18]
"...We must hate in the the truest sense, which is to regard with extreme and active aversion, to consider as loathsome, odious, filthy, to detest. Surely any haters of God are not fit to live on this beautiful earth...
...Do we not hate those who hate God? We cannot love thise hateful enemies, for they are fit only for destruction..."[Watchtower October 1, 1952 pages 599 and 600]
How could this not be "hostile work environment?"
Religious Discrimination & Harassment
It is illegal to harass a person because of his or her religion.
Harassment can include, for example, offensive remarks about a person’s religious beliefs or practices. Although the law doesn’t prohibit simple teasing, offhand comments, or isolated incidents that aren’t very serious, harassment is illegal when it is so frequent or severe that it creates a hostile or offensive work environment or when it results in an adverse employment decision (such as the victim being fired or demoted).
The harasser can be the victim's supervisor, a supervisor in another area, a co-worker, or someone who is not an employee of the employer, such as a client or customer.

How about we petition the court and have it ORDER the Witnesses to provide reasonable accomodation (like rides and caregivers) to their own members.
