I have put together a brief basic training manual to help folk to learn skills for answering the phone or going to work in a call centre. (Yes. I have trained people in this in real life).

My novel is written and is being proof read at the moment. The sequel is underway so now it's the slow careful slog to my goal for the first one. I have some good friends from the forums that are helping. I won't mention names in case they wish to remain anon.
Next 6 months will tell.
