I'm 40 and look pretty damn good naked. 10% genes, 90% lifestyle. Still, sooner or later, time wins. That's when alcohol and turning off the lights comes in handy. Also, I have accepted the fact that the cult robbed my of being young, beautiful and having great sex. I have to settle for age appropriate sex now.

DD-I'm a genetically lucky woman of 42 (With a bit of boxing and yoga to stay that way) so please explain 40 yr old age appropriate sex. I realize your circumstances are very different than mine but 40's should be the best. At least that's what I heard and am now living........(are there things we 40 year olds should refrain from doing without having our LifeAlerts handy?? Lol)

Its all about looking good for your age. As you get older, the harder you have to work for your body. Some people have a better body at 45 than 25 if they work for it and watch their diet.
