Oh I don't know let me think...
How about that a set of rotating 7-9 body of men in their 60's plus have the exclusive rights to interpretation of scripture which you must adhere to for the sake of unity and your own salvation, while also reserving the right to be completely wrong about any particular interpretation at any time under the guise of being humbly corrected by the holy spirit.....all the while threatening shunning for those percieved as being against the congregation.
Just off the top of my head.
