Does anyone as yet have the full number of and titles of this years new releases from the Zealous Kingdom Proclaimers District Convenions?

Friday: "Worship the Only True God" (black/yellow paperback type book replacing "United in True Worship (1983)")

Saturday: Brochure for young people pushing the joys of various forms of full-time service

Sunday: Most likely a video release of the drama (filmed on site at Patterson using local, unskilled talent)

Some kind of music cassette is most likely. A prophetic book is not probable since the Isaiah Book Part 2 is scheduled to start in September and will take the rank and file through September 2003. Perhaps there will be a new prophetic book in the summer of 2003.

this doesn't make any sense to me. The United book hasn't been used for bible studies or anything in a very very long time.

I can't understand it either. We had the "Truth" book, then we had the "Live Forever" and "United in Worship" books, and the "Knowledge" book was supposed to supercede both of them; i.e. the fast track to baptism. Are we gonna slow it down again?

The WTS had directed publishers to study only the Knowledge book and the Require brochure with students. New JWs have not had the necessary foundation to stay very long in the organization so the WTS has directed publishers to start studying 2 books with their Bible students. With the United in Worship book being out of print, many publishers had been asking what should the 2nd book be and many requests have been made to reprint the book. The "Worship the Only True God" book is the result. The United in Worship book was always an overview of the organization and the requirement to be loyal to it.
