Ironic once upon a time the WTS was pointing their finger at the Catholics for covering over their internal pedophilia problem.

I only refer to the fact that if ou ask any JW (or anyone for that matter) about the Candice Conti case they know nothing.

They don't anything about the settlements revealed on Dateline (or whatever it was 10 years ago). They wont' hear about this case either.

DOC , I think your missing an important point here mate , true , the world in general wont have a clue about , or even care what is going on with the religion of jehovahs witnesses .However , do you think its going un-noticed in the christian religous community ? I`m sure the 1 billion + catholics would like the heat to be taken off them , as well as the billion or so in protestant religions .

Maybe we should be more pro-active in making sure christendom is fully aware of what is happening in the WTB&TS / jehovahs witnesses.

1. What committee does WT legal fall under (Coordinators, Publishing, Personnel, Service, Teaching or Writing Committee)?

2. What GB or GB members oversee WT legal if it's not under any of the above 6 mentioned committees?

This problem with the WTS/JWS has been going on for a long time now, there are over 20,000 documented cases of pedophile on file at the JWS HQ., JWS don't know this because the WTS heads have intentionally hid it away from the flock. The WTS has made it an important agenda to make their organization distinctly clean and pure in comparison to other religions of Christendom.

The true fact is this organization has child abuse problems just like every other religion out there. The GB and its lawyers have stipulated to all congregations that elders must report any cases of pedophilia to the authorities when its ONLY required by law in their locality . So when a pedophilia situation arises the elders phone first to HQ and the lawyers make the suggestions for the elders how to handle the situation. Each situation is handled differently depended on pertaining information and what are the local laws of where the event occurred.

We all realize that if they lose on appeal about fronting up with documentation and credible witnesses (no pun intended) then this is going to make Zaklins job a whole lot easier. They will just keep making a request with the courts to see their policies and procedures in which wt acts the dumb ass effectively banning them from the hearing. They get steamed rolled and keep getting 13.5 million dollar bills. Simple.

Eventually the GB will be forced to take the stand. When they do party at my house and we will watch it on the big screen.
