So if WT decides to allow GB member Gerrit Losch to testify can you imagine the hours or days of rehearsal WT Legal will have to invest in preparing him for trial.

No matter how much preparation goes into getting Losch ready.....his testimony spells havoc, ruin, devastation for the WTBTS!!!

She was a woman in her 40`s with children of her own and she escaped a jail sentence.

Sometimes the law takes a long time to get its act together , sadly.

They will have to flat out lie in court in order to keep from sounding like a cult. A good prosecutor will control the conversation, just like the Walsh Trial. Any jury will see through the lies, just like the Conti case. They are F***ed. As mentioned, they have been stealing the spotlight for some time now. They NEEDED to in order to re-brand.

I agree with some on here that Losch will take the 5th amendment and not testify. If he does say anything he'll just lie under oath I'm sure - then if he got thrown into prison for perjury WT Society would call it " persecution ". They have a control spin for everything
