  Leo Greenlees was forced out of Bethel in 1984 for practicing pedophilia. Seems he was fooling around with a ten year old boy, got caught, and the parents complained to the Society.

  The questions proliferate.   Having known guy Pearce personally (strange super-imposed humility about him) I wouldn't put anything past him or any of the GB. I knew an elder when I was 'in' who seemed so up-right I couldn't imagine him being anything other than lily-white. He could barely say the word 'sex' or 'masturbation' without turning red. 5 or so years before he passed, I dropped by his house to check up on him, and when no one answered the door got worried. I stuck my head in and called out a 'hello'.....no response. So I walked in quietly and found him 'spanking the monkey' on his back porch. Pants down to his ankles, seriously stroking the beast. He never knew I was there, and I managed to sneak away w/o him knowing. But, geeeeez, this confirmed my belief that we are all human and have a skeleton or 2 in our closet---- no matter what we say, how we act in public (or even to our close friends and associates), we are all; each and every one, an imperfect human. So, no, I would not be surprised that all the GB have some serious fault. In fact I'd be more surprised if they didn't.

  Hey there was a CO who was disfellowshipped last year. That is true heard it first hand.

  But he reason why was heard 3rd hand so it could be untrue. I have heard it from about 5 different third hand sources though so I suppose it is true (just like the Smurf stories of old)
  

  Story was he was visiting a prostitute in his territory for his own purposes. She also was being studied with by a sister. Well when he visited the local cong this lady was invited to the Sunday talk. When she saw the speaker and told the sister (who knew this lady's profession) that she knew him, and that he was one of her clients - well that was the end of it.
