Speaking of weird, I've been wearing a fragance I bought from a gift shop in Oregon. I don't remember who makes it, but it's aroma is "Tabac." It's pretty earthy and I mix it with musk some days. It's sort of earthy and I like it for some reason.

Good topic - like going down memory lane reading some of the fragrances.
According to the stats at Fashion Show Mall the #1 selling fragrance for women is Coco Mademoissele/Chanel. #2 is Chloe. I switch 'fav' fragrances all the time forever searching for the greatest, however, the only one people have chased me down to find out what I'm wearing is the Flower Bomb which was Saks' best selling fragrance for quite a period of time. According to Neiman's experts (the sales gals won't tell you this always pushing whatever is the newest being launched) is YSL's Opium. Strong stuff but still going strong. Beverly Hills' store gave me same info.
On the fragrance subject Jo Malone makes beautiful, fragrance, candles - nice xmas gifts for non-personal people - not inexpensive the the vanilla, pear, orange and pomegranite ones go over well.
