Actually organized shunning is considered "bullying".
In some places, bullying is considered to be a "hate crime".
Especially the bullying of children, and we all know with 8-year olds getting baptized, some will soon be DFd, thus some young kids are being "shunned" "bullied". This is indeed a very HATEFUL practice.

What about the talk listed in the program for either circuit or district assembly last year entitled, "you must hate your enemy" (probably about anybody opposed and not part of the borg)
Or in print in the 80's WT about how apostates (those who leave or dont believe in the GB) should be stoned to death but the laws do not allow that.
The hate is there, there is no violence because they are taught to hate but be peaceful.
Would you want people you don't hate to be killed by God?

Some JWs if questioned on the use of the word "hate" qualify it by saying it's the biblical definition of hate - meaning: to love less.
That's all crap, they are pretty good haters- in the popularly accepted sense of the word.
IMO.And I have the emotional scars to prove it.

JW/WTS might be the former sometimes, but they are not the latter.

10, 20, 30, 40 years after a jdub has left the
borg .....they are still hated!
This watchtower printing & realestate investment co,
has instigated hate & programed my grandaughter & her
mother, to just 'toss me away' ...without a backward
glance! Individually they may be decent people but
as a Group ...they are Haters!
