I heard that John Lennon was a serious wife beater ... even forcing Yoko Ono to attend Beatles rehearsals due to his jealousies. Can anyone confirm?
This rumor has sullied my image of him as a person needless to say. I would rather it NOT be true.

Great thread, designs. I love a lot of Lennon songs, with or without McCartney. It's such a shame he was gunned down by some lunatic - a terrible loss.
I love this song, Imagine, although I find it strange to see John singing 'imagine no possessions, I wonder if you can' at an expensive piano in his big mansion.
I also like Jealous Guy, such a beautiful song.
