Okay folks major news here.
Dateline won its time slot with a 9.2 rating and a 16 percent share.
There are an estimated 102.2 million television households in the USA. A single ratings point represents 1%, or 1,022,000 households. Share is the percentage of television sets in use tuned to a specific program.
9,402,400 households watched Dateline and 16 percent of all TVs were watching it. This means some 10,000,000 to 11,000,000 American people watched Dateline last night.
I think a lot of people were given a good vaccine last night and no doubt they will tell a few of their friends.
You couldn't ask for anything better folks.
