    Gorbatchov:

Atlantis could you p r ovide me information about Knorr Cadillac s?

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sure, I'll send you a pm with a download link. The link might not be "clickable" in the pm pages, so you might have to copy and paste. When you have the file, open it and look in the bookmarks under "Bribes" which is close to the bottom of the bookmarks. If you have any problems just send me an email and the link will be clickable in any email. I don't remember your email or I would just send the file to you and forget the pm.

    The Jehovah's Witness/Watchtower Society is a cult.

Now that you all know my opinion of the organization, the Watchtower Society did nothing wrong ot underhanded in buying and using an airplane in Alaska.

Many people who live there own private airplanes to commute to and from their jobs because their isolated towns and villages are too far from the oilfields for them to drive back and forth.

Also, Alaska has the largest land area of any state with very poor roads and extremly bad weather conditions 6-8 months out of the year.

Flying is the only reliable means of transportation.

    As for the fancy cars...

The destination of the Watchtower's President was Tuntutuliak, Alaska, a well know salmon-fishing Inuit village.

Was it fishing for men, or men fishing for salmon?

Irrespective of the type or elegance of the aircraft, why afterwards conceal its ownership?

The linked site's entry is a poor way at winning over JWs. Big deal...they owned/own a plane.

FOCUS ON DOCTRINE!!! THEY ASSIST IN THE DEATHS OF CHILDREN (BLOOD ISSUE)!

A 402 is a lead sled. I hate them. My Baron is not as big, but I would take it over a 402 any day. I don't think a 402 has been manufactored in 30 years. It's not a bomb shell. Now if they owned a BBJ that would be a big deal.

Just to put the story straight. Knorr and others on the board of directors recieved their cars (Buicks) from the Domtar paper company. The publications were printed on mostly Domtar paper. So to reward the purchase of such large orders the paper company would provide perks and cars were one of them. This was the way it was in the 1970's when I was in Bethel. I know this for a fact.

Absolutely true, man377! If I remember correctly, besides Knorr, both Geouge Couch and Max Larsen got their new vehicles for free too. Supposedly, during the Governing Body power struggle the cars were taken away from these guys. Then they were put into the Bethel auto pool and could be requisitioned by ANY Bethelite needing to use a car from then on. Quite a 'slap in the face' to the President and his cronies.

A Buick is not a Cadillac! Knorr accepted a Cadillac as a bribe to promote a JW up the ranks when this person was not qualified. In fact, Knorr was offered 2 Cadillacs by this same person. The information comes from people who were there and saw the Bribe accepted. They also witnessed the promotion of this unqualified brother to the rank of Circuit Servant.

Brother MacMillon had just had a firery discussion with this person, and raked him over the coals for being a selfish hypocrite. The next day he was sitting next to Knorr at the breakfast table to the utter shock of many of the brothers and sisters. Soon after, Knorr was driving a brand new Cadillac and the brother in question bragged to others that Knorr could have a second Cadillac if the wanted it.

Want the verified materials? Send me a pm. I don't care how many Buicks Knorr received from a paper company, he still accepted a Cadillac as a bribe right along with taking an oath of allegiance.
