Take a sheet of paper. Lightly salt it, heavily pepper it, chew slowly. Get used to your new diet buddy. Actually, after 5 or 6 months, your pallet becomes more sensitized to the so-bland-it-may-as-well-be-cardboard subtle flavors of not-so-rich foods.
