Real church on Sunday mornings with real music, and donuts and coffee after.

Like nic said, no midweek dread that it's a meeting night. Ugh, it's Tuesday. Ugh, it's Thursday. And then ugh, it's Saturday. How dare they have taken all my Saturdays.

Now I do stuff I want to do. My 'ughs' are rare.

Christmas!! And then when it's over, saying '364 days till next christmas!'

    1. I can read whatever I want. I have books from St. Augustine to Jewish philosophers to Catholic writers like St. Bernard and Eusebius. No elder criticizing me for my book collection. My father was a book lover and prior his death he amassed over 2000 books that elders considered demonic.
    2. I love playing video games instead watching TV, and I do not feel a shame about it.
    3. No meeting twice per week for book study, school of theocratic warfare, and WT publications.
    4. Continuous eduction without feeling guilty.
    5. Spending holidays with my Jewish in-laws.
    6. I vote and I participate in local political activities.
    7. Living a life as the only one I ever get.

Not having to encounter people like me who will mentally rip jovies and their oh so precious god to shreds with relative ease and comfort.

Yes, it's true, the jovies I met did have the IQ of a fence post.

Thinking for myself. All else good, (or bad), stems from this. I will take it any day before being part of "the collective". And yes, it is virtually all good.
