I was going to quote Pink Floyd here, but then I realized the word in the song is "bottles" not "bubbles". I guess you learn something new every day.

i always liked this one: "For millions of years mankind lived just like the animals. Then something happened which unleashed the power of our imagination" - Pink Floyd, Keep Talking
(this lyric has absolutely nothing to do with anything in this thread - i just always liked it.)

"Echoes"
Overhead the albatross
Hangs motionless upon the air
And deep beneath the rolling waves
In labyrinths of coral caves
An echo of a distant time
Comes willowing across the sand
And everything is green and submarine.
And no one called us to the land
And no one knows the where's or why's.
Something stirs and something tries
Starts to climb toward the light.
Strangers passing in the street
By chance two separate glances meet
And I am you and what I see is me.
And do I take you by the hand
And lead you through the land
And help me understand
The best I can.
And no one called us to the land
And no one crosses there alive.
No one speaks and no one tries
No one flies around the sun....
Almost everyday you fall
Upon my waking eyes,
Inviting and inciting me
To rise.
And through the window in the wall
Come streaming in on sunlight wings
A million bright ambassadors of morning.
And no one sings me lulabyes
And no one makes me close my eyes
So I throw the windows wide
And call to you across the sky....

"Ticking away...the moments that make up a dull day
Pissing away the hours in an off hand way" Floyd...

oh coondawg that's certainly one of their most famous ones. i used to think that was me, when i was young and held hostage in my own home by the jehovah's witnesses, for reals.

Gotta love bubble wrap!
Your post reminds me of a prank we like to play at the shop on new guys (and some customers if we know them well enough)
Right before someone's about to move a vehicle, place some bubble wrap where a tire will run over it. Use the bubble wrap that has the big bubbles for the best noise. Never fails to get a shocked look from the driver and plenty of laughs to go around.
Mike.
