I don't know if my taste changed or network shows got worse, but once you get used to more intelligent fare without commercials it's hard to go back. I used to like The Good Wife, but it's getting repetitive now. I never had premium channels, so I have to wait for things to come on Netflix. I just finished Mad Men before George Gently, I thought it was really good.

Halt and Catch Fire on AMC now on Netflix was awesome. 2nd season just started. Game of Thrones for obvious reasons. Silicon Valley cause im a big nerd. Stike Back on Cinemax, The wife likes Good Wife, Mr. Robot premiere on USA was good, Arrow and the Flash, The walking dead is a chick soap opera with zombies, love the premise, HUGE fan of zombies and the comic,sorry show sucks. Better Call Saul, is great. Even though its more made up than factual, A.D holds my interest. I guess i love fantasies.

But above all the absolute best show ever, in every way is Starz "Black Sails", it has pirates....nuff said.

The outlander books are awesome. I had to cringe in the first one but they got better. The second book bored me, but just get past it. I am in the last pages of the next to last book. Thrilling if you love history. The author does a really good job of portraying things accurately.

So, that requires me to ask, do you believe in spirits? I do not. But the hubby does. He does not believe in yeti or Sasquatch yet he believes in bad spirits. Same difference to me. Both myths and legends. What thoughts on this and I am sorry if I shoved this a different way.

The Killing: is an awesome series. Gritty and hypnotic in its slow percolation. I love both actors in the leads. The female character irritates the piss out of me, but that's why I think the actress is really good.

The Flash!: OH yeah.

Gotham: is inspired. So good.

Wong Mans: James Corden is so funny

Backstrom: Ok its a guilty pleasure, love it.

Turn, Washington's Spies: Need to watch season 2, its well underway.

I watch all shows online. There are sites ya know? Just started Jeremiah, not sure how I feel about it yet. Only on episode 3 of season 1. So far, so good.

I just subscribed to Amazon Prime with the intent on watching Downton Abbey . We will probably unsubscribe because unlike Netflix the closed captioning does not work on our vizio tv.
