I once thought about opening myself up an advertising and marketing company using Printed Comdoms.
Logo on the Johnny, "Advertise Your Business Here, Watch Your Profits Grow!!'

There was these two ducks who booked into a hotel for a dirty weekend. Only problem was that she thought he was bringing the condoms and he thought she was bringing them. They didn't want to go back out to buy some, so they decided to order room service. Champange and a packet of condoms. Eventually the room service arrived and the waiter poured the champange and handed Mr duck the condoms. The waiter then inquired: shall I put them on your bill? The duck replied! What do you take me for, some kind of pervert?

I would suggest you approach Motel chains and offer to put their logo on complimentary condoms which they can leave in their rooms. You best register this idea before someone else does LOL.
Also, I think your idea of advertisements on condoms would REALLY appeal to the female population if it was written in braille
