WT is a publishing corp.
They knew it is harder and more expensive to advertise/sell over the tv.
At the very least they would have to increase price in some countries.
And i dont see how they can, over tv "sell/donate".in the USA
Who in his right mind will place an order for "literature" over the phone or over the INTERNET?
But
No more voluntay salespeople (publisher) comming. They have no choice

WHAT !!! The WTS just got through comdemning the MEDIA as the tool of the DEVIL at the District Convention that Bill Bowen reported on ... and now they USE the MEDIA to ADVERTIZE !!! What Hypocrits!!! Thanks for this post, it is most enlightening. Btw: What 'all news' channel did you see it, Fox News or CNN or someother?
Awwww. Ya beat me to this.. I was jumping up and down reading this thread, saying, I cannot wait to show that even Jehovah's channel has decided to join Satan (heck they were with the wild beast, why not the real thing this time).
Ohh, I cannot wait to tell my friend.. I'm gonna tape it and give it to him with a very respectful hey I saw you guys on a TV commercial.. I taped it for ya.. He went to his convention a few weeks ago, and I know he heard the warnings about the satanic media.. I'll even 'rib' him about should I now view his organization as being in bed with satan since they use his media.. Ohhhh, I cannot wait!!! This is gonna be good!!!!

Take time to talk to your children..They should modify the script slightly:
"Hey, are you still up"
"Yeah, I cannot sleep - I keep thinking about what Brother x told me as he was touching me down there"
"Oh, what was that Billy"
"He said not to tell anyone or I will die at Armagedon"
"Oh, well Brother x is an elder, and we do need to listen to our elders. It's for your own good. I love you billy, and don't want to see anything happen to you. So, if brother x told you not to tell me, that is going against God's will, so do YOU want to tell brother x that you told me about this, or do you want me to tell brother x that you told me. I never knew they advertised on tv until I was visiting the west coast and saw an ad in the early morning hours, thanks to jetlag. I was shocked. How can the condemn tv and utilize it at the same time? Its that "UN Library Card" logic all over again.
