  My dad has always worn a beard as far back as I can remember...except for once.
  The CO challenged my dad's claim that he suffered from skin rashes on his facial due to exposure to Agent Orange. Whenever my dad shaved, his face felt like it was a on fire and an unnatural shade of red...my dad tried for a month, i think, to go sans beard and his skin went raw like nothing i've ever seen before. Result = the damn CO shut his piehole.
