    Hallo, sorry to disturb you.

I would like to ask you something about English language. Maybe you can help me!

If I write << All night I make my bed swim >>

what the English people understand ?

and what if I write <<all the night make I my bed to swim>>

I know it is a strange sentence but i would like to know what a English/American man understand reading it.

    Thanks for your help.

    Well,

I would think probably the person had wet the bed.

Or else a monsoon swept in and inundated the bedroom.

Or else someone is having a very bad experience with vertigo.

    Otherwise..

    Surely, you jest....

All night I make my bed swim

OK: You drank too much and the bedroom was spinning around when you laid down? That was my first thought.

all the night make I my bed to swim

Same thing but a little mixed up.

    Otherwise....CLUELESS.

    I'm sorry Pers,

I have no idea what you are trying to say.. A bed swimming makes no sense to me what-so-ever...

Can you use the phrase in the sentence (syntax) in which you want to use it? maybe then I can understand it better.

    Sorry pal,

They're both wrong. The correct English usage is "the bed done swummed."

Perspi, it would be the bed is swimming.

So what does the bed is swimming mean anyway? Does it mean you have a waterbed?

    Mike.
