I don't believe they will destroy files and I'll tell you why: the organization is a business and a political beast which is part of every government it exists in . . . however much they may tell pretend they aren't. They take advantage of, are cognizant of the laws and statutes where they operate. It's a BUSINESS for petes sake, they are not (however paranoid they are) going to bite the hands that feed them or set themselves up for serious consequences or DEMAND 'persecution'. On the contrary I am sure they will cooperate if the files are ordered, and things will go along much as before. They haven't, I assure you, got all their eggs in one basket and won't go under due to this. They'll send out a few scapegoats and ride along as usual, just like any world organization would do.
The world isn't going to 'turn' on them in particular at any point . . . thats just their grandiose paranoid delusion.
No if and when the shit hits the fan it will likely be a global chaos induced by the damage we as a species have done to this planet, something every human has responsibility for . . . however much we may pretend we aren't as 'bad' as other people (or nations).

Even if the authorities could gather the evidence. The entire WTS will not crumble
OR....
then again it may. I'd at least like to see that the people who have yet to pay
for their crimes pay (i.e. jail time.)
The march organized by SilentLambs.org for Sept. 27 is a step in this direction
and will be a total SUCCESS imo if it brings awareness to just one abused
child, parent or teen that they are not alone and that they CAN report the
abusers whether OR not there are "two witnesses to the crime."
As far as the whole WTS crumbling well i think this:
Have you ever been in a grocery store and a huge pile of cans comes tumbling
down when only ONE can (smack in the middle) is taken out? I see the
media attention that the WTS is receiving on their harmful policies
and the lies as the "can in the middle of the pile." When the credibility in
the policy making GB is slowly reduced to nothing, it will (hopefully)
ena ble individuals to take back control of their own LIVES .
Knowledge will ultimately bring down the entire harmful WTS from within.

the world doesn't have to turn against jws,................. they have piled up enough of their own victims to sue them all day long, for big money, for a long time............ and after heidi meyer and the un-named person win in court, it's going to be open-season on the watchtower society, for all lawyers...
