On eman's thread, i explained how this broadcast can be saved to disk
First download and install the cracked streambox vcr 1.0 beta 2 from http://www.geocities.com/streamgen/streambox.htm or http://www.geocities.com/sv2mirror1/ . Then go to the panorama site. Copy the properties of the 56k icon that starts the thing streaming. In streambox, click edit, paste link, then paste it into the location box and the start arrow. Ain't technology great?
In this case, you would paste http://news.bbc.co.uk/olmedia/cta/progs/panorama/latest.ram as the link. In a few seconds, streambox starts downloading it.SS
