Well, if you want to provoke your elders to initiate an investigation to see how apostate you are, writing a letter to the WTS accusing them of "scandalous behavior" is definitely one way to accomplish that! -

Thats is exaclty what I am feeling as well! Hope you manage to go through with the letter.
I'd like to have an impact on my family and friends. If it ends up going badly, at least I have my integrity.

My personal opinion;
stay onside with friends & family, and ask apparently innocent questions about doctrines or the Org's bank account being awash with cash thanks to all their "arrangements" for donations now.
Doing so will have a far greater effect than putting your head in a noose for the Elders to string you up.
Try and help your family - don't burn your bridges just yet.

What would happen if I would write a physical letter to, for example, the branch office. and ask questions about scandals like the NGO thing and other stuff? Or ask questions about WTBS economy, or ask for a annual report, which is something I would really like to read. Thats impossible to get, or?
You'll never get an honest straightforward answer from Watchtower on a specific question of a tough subject. Never. It does not matter how you get the question to its leadership. You won't get what you're looking for.

Out of interest on the same subject, if the body of elders suspects you have apostate thinking, or have read apostate stuff (whether or not you've written to the society) and then come to 'encourage' you, surely if you say; 'I'm really confused, I'm praying and reading my bible but I feel that this has stumbled me and I was hoping to find some answers......." and then take whatever counsel they give you, then Surely they can't do anything to you in terms of df-ing? I mean they're not the gestapo?! Or should I be more scared? -

This happened so many times. You can even see many examples of letters and answers in older posts on this site (especially if you look at those under "blood and medical").
I myself sent a few letters to the branch office. It's not worth the time and effort, unless you want to show to a relative or friend that you had a sincere quedtion and they never answered.
For some not that controversial matters I got an answer, for controversial matters they just didn't answer or told the CO or elders to care about it.
They never ever answer anonimous letters.

Serious answers from a joke of a cult? Hmmmmmm...I think not. -

It's been stated on this forum many times, and is absolutely true:
You can be disfellowshipped for anything that 3 elders agree on.
They can write whatever they like on the form that is sent to Bethel.
If you count on mercy from anyone involved in this organization, sooner or later you will be burned.

Daniel's right on anonymity.
If you state your name and cong, I think the difference here is what kind of question is asked. If you ask something that is not common knowledge among the r&f but something people generally find out through apostate sites, they will report you to your elders. If you ask something about blood fractions or something, they will probably respond, depending on how the question is asked. They will say also 'why do you not ask your congregation elders?' (Instead of wasting their time)

Tornintwo, from other experiences what usually happens is you get the trick question: do you believe the GB is guided by Holy Spirit? If you say no, then they ask you to put that in writing, and if you do, that counts as disassociation. If you don't put it in writing, they will disfellowship you (if you've spoken about your doubts to others; that's "causing division"). If you say yes you believe, then you have to make do with whatever explanation is in the Watchtower or Insight book etc. You can try to circumvent the question, but then so will they to circumvent yours.
