The governing body is such an elite group. Whatever they say, it is LAW. They are revered and held in the highest esteem. It is considered a "privlege" to be invited to become a member of the governing body. Now, I wonder, what must one do to become a g.b. member? How does the person become known to the existing g.b. members? Must they DO something for the governing body so they will always be remembered? .....Any ideas????
