Just wondering? He denied being in subjection to the the Watchtower Corporation so are they still using him in their regular monthly broadcast.
Has Gerrit Loesch of the Governing Body been in any more monthly broadcast since he refused to honor a court subpoena?

Mr. Loesch is a member of the governing body of a charity known by the name, "Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses". As such, he can use weasel words to distance himself from statements which assert he is a representative/officer of a different charity - the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society!
One charity is an offshoot and subdivision of the other, and is directly managed by the parent organization.

It was in the Lopez case that Loesch refused to testify.
The Lopez case was ruled on in October 2014.
Loesch was on the broadcast in March 2015.
So, has he been in a broadcast since he refused to honor a subpoena? The answer is, "Yes."

This denial is not far removed from one of the Nazi employees of a death camp who said he was not part of it, his job was to sort out the different money the prisoners had with them package it up and forward it to Berlin, but he was not part of the deaths... yeah right?
what puzzles me is how can these wt characters be subpoenaed, not turn up and then fail to be arrested on contempt of court?

Its an interesting turn of phrase, "not in subjection to the watchtower corporation". If in fact thats what he said then he was being truthful. Recall some years ago the GB SPECIFICALLY seperated themselves from the WT corporation. Thats why the head of the wtb&s is no longer automatically the head of the GB as was the case in the old days. In fact the corporate officers of the wtb&s are not on the GB at all. Functionally every wotness knows the gb is in charge but legally they are disconnected nobodys. Using ceasers laws to their advantage. -

I guess the GB have insulated themselves from retribution for their dirty deeds, O well I guess we can take some comfort in the fact that his statement is a sworn court document with easy access that can be used to show his duplicity and unwillingness to be held accountable for his miss deeds while serving as Jehovah appointed Faithful and discreet slave. -

The situation is rather that The Watchtower Corporation is in subjection to him as a member of the the Governing Body. That's something he can't so easily deny.
As a member of the GB, the WT's often mentioned "Faithful and Discreet Slave," he votes on official policies and is responsible for teachings that affect the lives of millions of people.

He is actually NOT responsible for wt policies. Hes responsible for the religious policies of jehocahs witness. its so manipulative and devious underhanded and crooked..... But average witness dont know or care. Its just not relevant.
