    ...The "Man of Lawlessness" maybe?

... Evil slave that beats his fellow slaves while the Master is away, maybe?

...Evil servant who hides his coin (knowledge and true benefits of Christ's ransom) in the dirt, maybe?

Ooooh, ooh, I know....the "some" referred to in...Timothy:

"...in later periods of time some would fall away from the faith, paying attention to misleading inspired utterances and teachings of of demons (1914!!!!1919!!!1925!!!1975!!! ---who said that?, I didn't say it...me neither...hey, who's there?!!!) by the hypocrisy of men who speak lies (JFR&FF "Millions now living will never Die!!!" ), marked in their conscience as with a branding iron; forbidding to marry (Bethelites and "Children" (tm)), commanding to abstain from foods (Count Chocula) which God created to be partaken with thanksgiving by those who have faith and accurately know the truth...."

    Edited to add more stuff

Lets see, the false prophet of Revelations, things that make you go Hmmmm. I guess first off you need to beleive that Revelations was a prophecy given by God. Then you have to try to understand that that dude was most likely stoned on some sort of Mushroom or something like that.

But aside from that, yes they are false prophets, but I doubt anything will ever come out of revelations.

One thing is for sure: On the two occasions in the Bible where Jehovah chose to organised people as a body to serve him, he made sure that there was no doubt about the authority of those taking the lead. Both Moses (physical Israel) and Jesus Christ (spiritual Israel) were accompanied by supernatural signs that made their claims indisputable (compare Hebrews 2:4). That is why no Christian is under obligation to view any leaders of any religious organisation as sole appointed channels of communication from God. In view of this and failed predictions it is no wonder that many believe the name 'false prophet' is an apt name for the WTS. As the saying goes, "if the hat fits, wear it"! Personally I am of the opinion that if the reference in Revelation refers to our own time, then the WTS, along with other religious leaders/organisations could well be identified here.
