first one that comes to mind is:
there's a low budget late night series called "AS IF"
i've seen it only once but i really related to
the "weird" introverted chick "Sooz" (played by Emily Corrie)
with the tattoos, piercings, braids/dreadlocks...
who uses her appearance and humour/sarcasm with her friends
to hide the other side of her...that she feels vulnerable and confused inside
with conflicting feelings. (At the same time she exudes a certain amount of confidence.)
Only i laff a helluva lot more than she does.
And i don't have tatts, piercings and dreads.
SPAZ
I love Wilford Brimley!
My younger brother reminds me of him.
Festus was a nice guy too...where did he get his limp by the way?
I was in a group of people once, when someone made the comment that I reminded them of Mel Gibson. The rest of the group (myself included) all agreed that they must be freakin' nuts. That was about it for celebrity look alikes for me, cept when I first started razoring my hair, a few people thought they saw a resemblence to Andre Agasi. I could see that.
jjrizo, I don't think you look too much like any of those people, I think it is a similar phenomenom to the "all black people look alike" thing.
I wouldn't say look like but the personality would be more like norm from cheers. If you want looks Ive been told my whole life bruce springstien.
My perfect match personality wise would have to be Ted (Scott Lowell) from Queer As Folk. Neurotic with a self-deprecating sense of humor.
Second runner-up would have to be Greg (Anthony Clarke) from "Yes, Dear"
Brian
B/A Barracus from the A-Team,I am straight up and a whole lota trouble.(I`m not black ,just pissed off!!)..LOL...OUTLAW

six....could the mel comment have been a 'mannerisms' thing as opposed to a lookalike thing?
One could only hope that there was some reasonable basis for the comment. Of course, that's all it would be, one mans hope, lol.
I'm going for personality more than looks here:
Mary Ann, not Ginger, from Gilligan's Island. Sincere, eager to please, too quick to play second fiddle to a stronger character.
Amanda from Sex in the City. Carreer driven, prides self on being independent and intelligent, but secretly needy. Unappreciative of her own sexuality.
Tony's Psychiatrist from The Sopranos. Tough on the outside, vulnerable on the inside.
good thread
